Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan 1,3-Butadiena dari 1-Butena dengan kapasitas 105.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2023 di Cilegon, Provinsi Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 4,5 Ha. Proses pembuatan butadiena dengan jenis reaktor fixed bed (R-01) dengan katalis ZnFe2O4. Kondisi operasi pembuatan butadiena adalah 375oC dan tekanan 2 atm. Pabrik pembuatan 1,3- Butadiena ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang pimpinannya adalah Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan ini adalah line and staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 163 orang. Hasil dari analisa ekonomi Pra-rencana Pabrik Pembuatan 1,3-Butadiena sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment = US $ 107.476.433,94 • Selling Price per Year = US $ 241.735.100,24 • Total Production Cost = US $ 179.872.670,63 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 51.901.815,44 • Pay Out time = 2,6 tahun • Rate of Return = 40,29% • Discounted Cash Flow = 47,77 % • Break Even Point = 36,30 % • Service Life = 11 tahun
