Abstract

This research discusses production factors that influence rice farming production in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The objectives of this research are: 1) analyzing the factors that influence rice production in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, 2) analyzing the efficiency of using production factors in rice farming in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, 3) analyzing the efficiency of farming. rice in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method or direct interview with a questionnaire using a simple random sampling method (randomly) to obtain 40 samples. The data processing methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, Stochastic Frontier approach and R/C ratio. The research results obtained are: 1) the independent variables that have a significant influence are land area (ha), seeds (kg), phonska fertilizer (kg), and pesticides (liters), while urea fertilizer (kg) and labor (HOK) does not have a significant effect on rice farming production. 2) The economic efficiency value obtained is 6,289019842, indicating that the input used has not reached economic efficiency. 3) the average income of rice farming in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency is IDR 30,132,506.3 per hectare in one planting period with an R/C ratio value of 4.4 so it can be concluded that rice farming in Mulia Sari, Tanjung District Lago is profitable and efficient to develop.
