Abstract

This research aims to produce an interactive puppet video on zakat material in elementary school that will be implemented with the flipped learning method. The subjects of this research were 6th grade students of SD Negeri 08 Palembang. The development model used is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data analysis was carried out with questionnaires, interviews, and tests as well as documentation studies. From the results of the needs analysis conducted, it can be concluded that grade VI students of SD Negeri 8 Palembang need interactive puppet video media to be developed. The development of interactive puppet video media is carried out by designing learning objectives to the preparation of prototypes. Based on the results of expert review (expert validation) which consists of media validation, language, and material, the average validation is 94.3% with a very valid category. While at the small group test stage, the results obtained were 93.2% with a very practical category. For the average post test results of 80% with the N-gain result of 0.73 very high category which means that the interactive puppet video media on zakat material is valid, effective, and has an influence in improving student learning outcomes.
