Abstract

This research aims to analyze the success of the Adhoc Selection of Sub-district Election Committee (PPK) in 2022, this type of research is descriptive qualitative using Stufflebeam's CIPP model evaluation theory, Context, Input, Process, Product. The data collection method used was direct interviews with the Chairman of the Palembang City KPU and Staff who became the PPK selection committee and PPK members in Jakabaring District. The results showed that the selection of the sub- district election committee in Palembang city in 2022 based on PKPU No.8 of 2022 has been successful with the election of 90 PPK members of Palembang city and placing 5 people in each sub-district of Palembang city including 70 men and 20 In addition, this research contributes to a further understanding of the selection of PPK in 2022 which has implemented registration using SIAKBA and CAT Tests. The implications of the results of this study can be the basis for relevant institutions to improve and optimize the selection of adhoc bodies for the sub-district election committee in the future. After the researcher concluded, it was known that the Palembang City KPU had carried out the PPK selection well, this was tested with 4 indicators from Stufflebeam's theory.
