Abstract
The purpose of this research was to know the effect of Aloe vera L growth with Eichornia crassipes bokashi media, ultisol soil, chiken’s feces, cows feces and peat moss. The research was held at research station of Agricultural Faculty, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir from September 2008 until January 2009. The metode of this research was Randomized Block Design with 5 treatments that repeated 4 times, so there are 20 plants in a unit. On every unit, the treatment repeated 5 times, as a result there was 100 plant. Ali of the treatments make real effect to the increasing of leafs length, leafs width, leaf s thick, and the increasing of Aloe vera Linn weight, except the increasing of leaf number control. Based on Honestly Significance Different or Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ), co w’s feces was different to leafs length, leafs width, leafs thinck, and the increasing of plant’s weight, compare to the other media. While for the Eichornia crassipes bokashi, ultisol soil, chiken’s feces and peatmoss was not real different with the leafs thick and the increasing of leaf s number. Cow’s feces media treatment was the best treatment to increase the growth of Aloe vera Linn they are leafs length, leafs width, leaf s thick, weight of the plant and the increasing of leaf s number.
