Abstract
The salt hydrolysis chemical learning module based on problem with learning model has been developed and tested in SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. This development is done by ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model combined with Tessmer formative evaluation. The validity and modules are tested by pedagogic experts, design experts, and material experts. Valid pedagogik has an average of 0.76 with high validity category, design validity has an average of 0.76 with high validity category, and the material validity has an average of 0.79 with high validity category. Module practicality is seen from the average questionnaires in the one-to-one and small group stages. The average score of practicality is 0.9 with high practicality category. The effectiveness of this module is evident from the learning outcomes done at the field test stage. Based on field test results, the N-Gain value obtained is 0.71 with high effectiveness in the category. This shows that the chemistry learning module meets the valid, practical and effective criteria for use in salt hydrolysis learning.
