Abstract
The ideal mining transportation route will optimize production results according to planned production goals. PT Era Energi Mandiri's overburden stripping target in February was 240,000 bcm and actual stripping was 150,000 bcm. Meanwhile, last month, namely January, the target for overburden removal was 330,000 bcm, the actual transfer was 145,000 bcm. One of the causes of non-compliance is less than ideal haul road geometry, such as less than ideal road width, slopes that are too steep, etc., causing the truck's travel time from the F1 pit to the dump to be very long. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the geometric conditions of overloaded haul roads made based on AASHTO regulations, analyze the geometric dimensions of the transport track required by trucks compared to dump trucks, and compare the productivity of dump trucks before and after improving the transport geometry. Highway. Based on the research results, a plan for structuring the mining transportation route from pit F1 to the storage area has been prepared, consisting of 23 sections. The actual dragline shape has a straight line width of 5.08 to 11.87 meters, an angled line width of 5.91 to 12.85 meters, a super height of 0.00 to 0.1 meters with a curved radius of 13.15 meters. points from 0.08 to 17.31%. Based on road geometry calculations using AASHTO regulations, many roads still do not meet standards. Dump truck cycle time before repair was 15.81 minutes, after repair 5.06 minutes with load and 2.66 minutes without load, total time 2.4 minutes.
