Abstract
The aim of this research is to measure the dimensions of the bypass tunnel, stability and flow such as; water level, flow speed, and water discharge through the bypass tunnel. The Hydraulic Analysis Method itself aims to calculate the dimensions of the circumvention tunnel. The flow conditions in the circumvention tunnel always change depending on various factors such as the discharge that crosses the tunnel, the dimensions and formation of the tunnel and the water surface elevation upstream and downstream of the dam downstream of the circumvention .. The results of this research from the flood circumvention tunnel obtained a flood discharge of 491.53 m3/second at a height of 7 m. So from the calculation results we get a tunnel diameter of 7 m with 1 circumvention tunnel. Based on the load acting on the tunnel. From the calculations, the internal forces that work are obtained, Vertical Rock Load: 164.64 t/m, Own Weight: 2.4 t/m, Vertical Water Pressure: 146 t/m, Horizontal Ground Water Pressure: 146 t/m, Internal Water Pressure Tunnel 10.7 t/m2, Horizontal Rock Pressure (Normal) 82.32 t/m, Horizontal Rock Pressure (Earthquake), Uplift Pressure 29 t/m and from calculating the maximum Moment, Latitude and Normal in the Avoidance Channel, the Moment is 8.5039 ton/m , Latitude, 114,825 tons and Normal, -5,4831 tons.
