Abstract

Berat badanlahir rendah (BBLR) adalah suatu kondisi ketika bayi lahir denganberat badan tidakmelebihi 2.5 kg. Kondisi BBLR tersebut bias membawa dampak tidak baik bagi pertumbuhan serta perkembangan bayi menuju masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Faktor Ibu Dengan Kejadian Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 7 Ulu Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer di kumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan data sekunder dengan buku KIA di Wilayah KerjaPuskesmas 7 Ulu Kota Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil univariat penelitian ini menunjukan Status BBLR 15% Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 7 Ulu Kota Palembang Tahun 2021. Hasil bivariat penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan faktor ibu 25.6% dan pendidikan ibu 25.7%. Hasil analisis multivariat didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 7 Ulu Kota Palembang adalah bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kejadian BBLR adalah variable usia ibu dengan perolehan nilaiPR_Adjusted = 5,074 (95% CI: 0,969-26,572) artinya ibu yang berusia <20 tahun dan >35 tahun memiliki peluang 5,074 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami kejadian BBLR dibandingkan ibu yang berusia 20 tahun sampai 35 tahun setelah dikontrol oleh variable pekerjaan dan pendidikan.Variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 7 Ulu Kota Palembang adalah Pendapatan, Kadar Hb, LILA, Prilaku Merokok. Bagi pihak kepala bagian Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak atau staff dan ahli KIA disarankan agar dapat menyusun program-program baru yang efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat dilaksanakan guna menurunkan angka kejadian neonatus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas7 Ulu.
