Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Of Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS), Islamic banking financing, Islamic mutual funds and Islamic pawnshops on Indonesia's economic growth in 2014-2022 in the short and long term. The data used is secondary data of the quarterly time series type with a vulnerability of 9 years of observation of the first quarter 2014-fourth quarter 2022 period sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). The data analysis technique uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) technique with the Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results showed that in the short term ZIS, Islamic mutual funds and Islamic pawnshops have an insignificant effect on Indonesia's economic growth while Islamic banking financing had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Then in the long term ZIS, Islamic banking financing, and Islamic pawnshops have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth while Islamic mutual funds have a negative and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth.
