Abstract

Adanya ketidaksetaraan indeks pembangunan manusia antara kawasan ASEAN masih heterogen terutama pada perbedaan kualitas dan kuantitas bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan yang merupakan tolok ukur indeks pembangunan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari alokasi anggaran pendidikan dan kesehatan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di negara ASEAN. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang bersumber dari World Bank dan Our World In Data tahun 2010-2020. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresis linear berganda data panel dengan model terpilih Random Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja pendidikan dan belanja kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Negara ASEAN 2010-2020. Untuk meningkatkan indeks pembangunan manusia diperlukan pengoptimalan dan pengefisienan pemerintah dalam pengalokasian anggaran pendidikan dan kesehatan.
