Abstract
Fuel is one of the things that must be considered for consumption because the more fuel consumed, the higher the cost of mining production carried out. So it is necessary to analyze the fuel consumption of loading and transporting equipment so that it can be known whether or not the use of fuel is effective. This study aims to determine the fuel consumption of loading and hauling equipment and the relationship between fuel consumption and equipment productivity. This research was conducted at PT Pamapersada Nusantara MTBU site by collecting secondary data and simulated using Haulsim 3.6 software. The simulation starts by inputting maps and other parameters so that the simulation carried out can be in accordance with the actual conditions in the field, after the simulation is carried out, it is continued with data processing of the sumulation results to obtain fuel consumption data, working time of each tool and its productivity. Then the fuel consumption analysis will be divided into two categories, namely productive operations and non-productive operations. Furthermore, fuel consumption data will be further processed using SPSS software to determine the relationship between productivity, fuel consumption and productive operational time of the tool. It is found that the effect of productive operational time and fuel consumption on the productivity of loading equipment is 92.8% and on transport equipment is 69.1%.
