Abstract

Lifting machine is a form of units of equipment used in material handling (Material Handling Equipment) at the work site and an integral part of machine tools in any modem industrial enteiprise. In general it can be said that the lift is a machine tool parts are functioning in terms of lifting and moving materials obtain employment for the desired position. Several types of machines are also used as a lift crane people, such as lifts and Truck Mounted Bucket. Types and forms of lifting machines designed according to the needs. We know in the neighborhood often seen many trees that hit electrical wires or workers who climb the power pole to repair a damaged power cord. tool that has been used sometimes still use the stairs or climbing a power pole itself, eertainlv the way ifs quite dangerous for workers and less effective. Departing from these probiems, the authors devised a machine that is capable of lifting workers to reach the desired altitude in the design of more convenient and safer for workers. The machine that will serve targeted is planned Bucket Truck Mounted. Truck mounted bucket lift is a form of machine that is used to help workers achieve work position at a height above the ground and within a certain range. The use of this equipment, among others, is a tool to repair the installation of electricity poles, cutting tree branches that interfere with the electrical network cable. Truck mounted bucket in the form of a car with gear lift arm or frame that has a bucket on the end. With the bucket raised to the height of the workers working in the desired position. In operation, when the frame is rnoved, the position of the bucket remains in a vertical State. Equipment mounted bucket is driven by a hydraulic system. Power and hydraulic pump rotation is obtained from the engine through a transmission shaft to another.
