Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of budgetary participation on managerial performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital, Palembang, South Sumatra. Data were collected through a questionnaire from 42 respondents who are managers or department heads at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital, Palembang, South Sumatra. This study is quantitative in nature, where the data generated will be in numerical form. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 software. Data analysis techniques were conducted through descriptive statistical analysis with validity and reliability tests. As for hypothesis testing, it involved moderating regression analysis, simultaneous test (F-test), and partial significant test (t-test). The research results indicate that budgetary participation has a positive effect on managerial performance, and organizational commitment cannot moderate the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital, Palembang, South Sumatra.
