Abstract
Every company to achieve its goals requires several things such as support from employees. One of the supports from employees is providing good performance for the company. The thing that must be considered to achieve this goal is to provide work motivation to employees. Work motivation is divided into two, direct motivation and indirect motivation. Therefore, researchers will examine direct or indirect work motivation which influences employee performance.
