Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor kecamatan jakabaring. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang berjumlah 39 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor kecamatan Jakabaring Palembang. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor kecamatan Jakabaring Palembang. Lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor kecamatan Jakabaring Palembang.
