Abstract

Perkembangan tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia yang semakin sering terjadi dan semakin canggih sehingga sangat sulit untuk membuktikannya. Adapun, salah satu cara untuk mengungkap terorganisirnya praktik korupsi tersebut diperlukan peran seorang narapidana yang berperan sebagai Justice Collaborator yang dapat mendorong pengungkapan modus tindakpidana korupsi menjadi relatiflebih mudah untuk dibongkar, namun Justice Collaborator saat ini sedang diperdebatkan masalah pengaturanya, dan juga bentuk-bentuk perlindungan hukum Justice Collaborator yang masih belumjelas bentuknya, sehingga membuatpenelitian ini dilakukan. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptifanalitis, yang ditujukan untuk menggambarkan dan menguraikan secara sistematis pengaturan serta perlindungan hukum bagi Justice collaborator dihubungkan dengan teori-teori hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Kata Kunci: Pengaturan, Perlindungan, Justice Collaborator
