Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT TanjungEnim Lestari Pulp and Paper (Divisi Human Resorce Development). Jenis penelitian ini analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan HRD yang berjumlah 40 karyawan, dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper.
