The fact that viewed from the provision of iron tablets did not provide meaningful results in the decrease in maternal anaemia, lack of success of such a question, whether the provision of iron tablets are not accompanied by an explanation by the midwife?. Analyses were performed by analysis of content, From this study the results obtained knowledge of midwives is quite good, almost all midwives have attended training at the ANC, the ANC health centre service quality class I or class II still does not meet the standard. The ability of midwives is still lacking, especially in measuring Hb Sahli, check the urine and reducing urine protein. Recommended for Public Health Midwife Ogan Ilir conduct training or to make a breakthrough by transferring knowledge gained by the midwives who participated in training to midwives who did not receive training through meetings and equip midwives ANC comfortable consulting room.
