Abstract
In the third quarter of 2023, BNI Mobile banking recorded a total of 15.62 million users or grew 20.9% as of September 2023. However, the growth of BNI Mobile banking users is still relatively small when compared to the growth of mobile banking users from other major banks in the same quarter. According to a survey released by Populix in 2022, it was also stated that BNI Mobile banking still occupies the 4th position as the most widely used mobile banking in Indonesia. The smaller growth rate and total active users compared to other banks indicate the low level of use of BNI Mobile banking. So this study will identify the factors that influence the intention to adopt BNI Mobile banking, especially in generation Z, which is a generation that is fully digital native so that it becomes a potential market in expanding the use of mobile banking. This research was conducted in Palembang City using a quantitative approach using a questionnaire and distributed online via google form. 103 respondent data were obtained which will be analyzed based on the UTAUT 2 model with the PLS-SEM technique with the help of smartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and price value have a positive but insignificant effect on behavioral intention. Meanwhile, hedonic motivation and habit have a positive and significant effect. In addition, for the influence on use behavior, it is known that facilitating conditions, habit, and behavioral intention have a positive and significant influence
