Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan upah lembur terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Kinarya Selaras Piranti Regional Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Kinarya Selaras Piranti Regional Palembang yang berjumlah 61 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan upah lembur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan.
