Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan emosi tokoh utama dalam novel Leiden karya Dwi Nur Rahmawati dengan klasifikasi emosi menurut David Krech yang asli dan David Krech yang dimodifikasi oleh Albertine Minderop dan menjelaskan implikasi dari penelitian ini ke dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah novel Leiden karya Dwi Nur Rahmawati dan datanya berupa kutipan-kutipan data berbentuk wacana dialog dan kalimat dalam novel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah membaca, menandai dan mencatat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat sejumlah 76 data berdasarkan klasifikasi emosi David Krech dan David Krech yang dimodifikasi Albertine Minderop. Diantaranya terdapat sebanyak 9 rasa bersalah, 3 rasa bersalah yang dipendam, 3 rasa malu, 5 menghukum diri sendiri, 14 kesedihan, 5 kebencian, 11 cinta, 3 senang, 7 marah, 11 takut, 4 sakit dan 1 jijik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan dalam menunjang pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Kata Kunci: Implikasi Pembelajaran, Emosi, Novel
