Abstract

Menemukan jurnal ilmiah yang tepat dari beragam jurnal yang tersedia saat ini merupakan tantangan yang signifikan bagi para peneliti, akademisi bahkan mahasiswa karena membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan keyphrase atau kata kunci yang mencerminkan isi jurnal dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Proses ekstraksi keyphrase dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi keyphrase yang relevan. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Jointly Modeling Local and Global Context yang dipadukan dengan Pre-trained Language Model, yaitu Indobert, untuk memperoleh representasi vektor bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak ekstraksi keyphrase menggunakan Pre-trained Language Model Indobert dan Jointly Modeling Local and Global Context. Dalam pengujian, 100 set data yang terdiri dari judul dan abstrak jurnal ilmiah serta percobaan dari 8 Pre-trained Language Model Indobert. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi terbaik adalah ekstraksi keyphrase pada model Indobert-Base-P1 dengan pemilihan 15 keyphrase teratas, dengan nilai rata-rata f1-score sebesar 0,226.
