Abstract
The issue of violence against children and teenagers continues to increase every year in Indonesia, with the number of victims reaching 21,241 in 2022. The response carried out by UNICEF and BTS is that by creating an anti-violence campaign, UNCEF and BTS collaborated in the Love Myself #ENDViolence Campaign with the aim of inspiring young people to find love within themselves and spread it to others in the hope of creating a better world free from violence. Therefore, this research is interested in examining the implementation of the Love Myself Campaign in dealing with the issue of violence against children and adolescents in Indonesia. This research adopts Ostergaard's (2002) concept of campaign stages using qualitative methods and secondary data. The research results show that the Love Myself #ENDViolence Campaign has successfully fulfilled the campaign implementation stages. At the awareness stage, this campaign conveys information and knowledge through global campaign videos. Through the Attitude Stages, there are changes in behavior that can attract public sympathy through works of art such as music, concerts, and activities with UNICEF created by BTS. Meanwhile, in the Action Stage, there is direct participation from BTS, such as donating, so that it will motivate people to do the same. Thus, the Love Myself #ENDViolence Campaign not only provides information but also attracts sympathy and results in actions being taken to minimize the problem of violence against children and teenagers in Indonesia.
