Abstract

Penulisan ini berjudul "Penerapan E-Government di Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Sumatera Selatan dengan studi kasus: Electronic Kinerja". Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, apakah Penerapan Electronic Government Melalui Penggunaan Electronic Kinerja Di Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Sumatera Selatan sudah maksimal atau belum dengan merujuk pada teori electronic government oleh Richardus Eko Indrajit yaitu Support, Capacity, dan Value. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-government melalui e- kinerja belum berjalan secara maksimal dan memerlukan perbaikan serta penyempurnaan. Perbaikan tersebut diperlukan baik dari segi sumber daya manusia yang melaksanakan, maupun dari aspek website yang sering mengalami masalah server down. Tujuannya adalah agar proses e-kinerja dapat berjalan dengan lancar, menciptakan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Penerapan E-Government, E-kinerja, Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Sumatera Selatan
