Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the evaluation of digestibility at kumpai tembaga grass amoniation by in vitro. This research was held in two stages, the first was amoniation of kumpai tembaga grass dan the second was in vitro analysis. Both experiment was held at Laboratory of Nutrition, Agriculture Faculty of Sriwijaya University. The research used Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications which were R0( Kumpai tembaga grass without urea), RI (Kumpai tembaga grass with urea 2%), R2 (Kumpai tembaga grass with urea 4%), R3 (Kumpai tembaga grass with urea 6%). Parameters measured were pH, concentration of N-NH3, dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility and gas production. The result showed that the treatments were non significantly differences (P>0.05) as dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility, gas production and pH rumen but significantly difference (P>0.05) as concentration N-NH3.
