Abstract
Basically conflict happened when in one event there are two or more opinions or action being considered in management of human resource. Conflict must not have foe, even in this situation it can become parts of situation of conflict. Conflict would often happened because everyday life activities run faster. Progress of remarkable technology brings waving of remarkable alteration too. alteration can generate uncertainty taste, fear and disquiet. alteration is fertile soil place of conflict spring. Therefore, the ability of overcome conflict in past is supplementary benefit for the people who want to live in the 21 century.
