Abstract
This time there is a big demand in business to apply competence management at work. it is caused by competence management contribution significantly in human resource development, on the turn in can stimulate competitiveness for company. it can be realized that competence is not the single factor that produce performance, but there is a proof that competence can create the foundation of effective and superior performance, that is why private and government organization always emphasize the importance of competence in their organization.
