Abstract
The ability to influence other people is a basic elements a leader. This aspect related to the loyality of subordinates to perform theirs jobs that oriented to reach the organization's goals. As a variable in organization, culture has been studies as a part of the whole members of organization system. In this context, culture is seen as living thing in organization, which unites the whole members of organization in achieving its goals. Moreover, culture can be seen as part organization environment, which influence employees behavior and performance within organization. The variable independents in this research are organization culture and transformational leadership style which are measured based on subordinates perception and dependent variable employees performance,
