Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of regional financial ratios on poverty.This research was conducted in 33 provinces in Indonesia. The data used in thisresearch is secondary data with the research period namely 2005-2021. Theanalysis technique used is an analysis technique with panel data. The results ofthis study show that (a) regional financial efficiency ratios have a positive but notsignificant effect on poverty; (b) regional financial effectiveness ratios have apositive and significant effect on poverty; (c) the regional financial independenceratio has a negative and significant effect on the poverty.
