Abstract
The purpose of this research was to know the influence of the organic fertilizer from compost in granule and powder form which is combined with anorganic fertilizer toward to the level of N and P, the absorption of N and P, and growth of com in lowland area. This research was conducted using the completed experimental design, with the combination of organic fertilizer from compost in granule and powder form which is combined with anorganic fertilizer with 9 treatments which are repeated 4 times equals 36 experimental units. The application of organic fertilizer from compost both in granule and powder form without using the anorganic fertilizer is the best treatment for growth of com , plant’s dry weight, root’s dry weight, root’s volume, the absorption of N and P of the com. Meanwhile, for the best plant’s height is showed by the treatment of organic fertilizer which is combined with 50% of anorganic fertilizer.
