Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mempunyai dampak terhadap semua aspek kehidupan tidak hanya berpengaruh kepada kesehatan tetapi juga kepada perekonomian Indonesia terutama pada tenaga kerja. Terdapat banyak permasalahan tenaga kerja Indonesia pada awal pandemi yang disebabkan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Bersekala Besar (PSBB) yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak yang disebabkan Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan dan jam kerja kepada pekerja sektor formal dan informal di Kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pekerja sektor Formal maupun Informal di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pada variabel pendapatan dan jam kerja pada pekerja formal maupun informal.
