Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Vinil Klorida berkapasitas 60.000 Ton/tahun direncanakan didirikan pada tahun 2022 berlokasi di daerah kawasan industri kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten dengan luas area 4 Ha. Proses pembuatan Vinil Klorida ini mengacu pada WO 2016.076.959. Reaksi berlangsung pada reaktor PFR yang beroperasi pada temperatur 500oC dan tekanan reaktor 2,72 atm. Untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk perseroan terbatas (PT) yang dimpin oleh direktur utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan yang dipilih adalah line and staff, dengan jumlah karyawan 169 orang. Pabrik Pembuatan Vinil Klorida ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) : US $ 124.798.182,98 • Total Production Cost (TPC) : US $ 500.067.415,05 • Total penjualan per tahun (SP) : US $ 649.436.918,57 • Annual Cash Flow (ACF) : US $ 94.215.156,50 • Pay Out Time : 2 tahun • Rate of return on Investment (ROR) : 97,91 % • Break Even Point (BEP) : 38,72 % • Service life : 11 tahun
