Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of education level and work experience on employee performance at Bank Sumsel Babel, Belitang Sub-Branch. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Sumsel Babel, Belitang Sub-Branch, totaling 52 employees. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this research is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
