Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Sharia Compliance and Islamic Corporate Governance on financial performance using secondary data in the form of annual reports from 8 selected Islamic commercial banks (BUS) in Indonesia based on a purposive sampling technique with an observation period of 5 years. There were 7 data didn’t the BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimation) so the outliers were eliminated and 33 data remained as research samples were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. This research method is multiple linear regression with the t-test result (significance) were Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR) has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR) has no effect on Financial Performance, Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR)has a significant positive and significant effect on Financial Performance and Islamic Corporate Governance has no effect on Financial Performance. Meanwhile,the coefficient of determination test results (adjusted R square) were 84,1% and the remaining 15,9% was explained by other variables not explained in this study.
