Abstract

Dari pengamatan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil-hasil, bahwa faktor strategi harga, dan faktor strategi ekspor menentukan kinerja penjualan industri secara positif dan signifikan. Faktor strategi harga tersebut ditentukan oleh faktor konsentrasi industri secara negatif dan signifikan, kemudian ditentukan oleh faktor potensi permintaan, dan faktor strategi harga masa lalu secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya, keberhasilan penerapan strategi ekspor ditentukan oleh faktor daya saing ekspor minyak goreng kelapa sawit Indonesia dan konsentrasi industri secara positif dan signifikan. Sebaliknya, faktor daya saing pesaing tidak berpengaruh terhadap strategi ekspor industri. Ada beberapa tujuan penelitian yang hendak dipelajari dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Pertama, menganalisis pengaruh strategi harga, strategi ekspor, dan konsentrasi industri terhadap kinerja penjualan industri minyak goreng kelapa sawit Indonesia. Kedua, menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi industri, potensi permintaan pasar, strategi harga masa lalu, dan kinerja penjualan industri terhadap strategi harga industri minyak goreng kelapa sawit Indonesia. Ketiga, menganalisis pengaruh daya saing ekspor minyak goreng kelapa sawit Indonesia, daya saing ekspor minyak goreng kelapa sawit kelompok 5 negara pesaing ekspor terbesar dunia, konsentrasi industri, dan kinerja penjualan industri terhadap strategi ekspor. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode persamaan simultan yang pengujiannya menggunakan metode 2-SLS (two stage least squares). Diperkirakan penjualan produk industri minyak goreng kelapa sawit Indonesia akan terus mengalami peningkatan mengingat industri ini memiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang kuat, baik bersifat statis maupun bersifat dinamis
