Abstract

The reasech is titled Implementation of local regulations number 9 th of 2014 about training and development of sports (Case Study of Indralaya sub-district, Ogan Ilir district). This study aims to of determine the implementation and constraints the number 9 th district regulation in 2014about training and development of sports in Indralaya sub-district. This reseach uses qualitative descriptive research method. Type of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique pf data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. This study uses Ripley and Franklin theory. The results of research show that the implementation of regulation of regency Ogan Ilir number 9 th of 2014 about training and development of sports, so that the expected goals can be done well so as to achieve the expected results and can bring the name of the Ogan Ilir district at regional, until national level. Obstacles faced in the implementation of this regional regulation is the lack of cooperation between the government and the community, the lack of government anttetion to supporting fasilities and the lack of public partisipation for the advacement of regional sports.
