Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan & Konseling angkatan tahun 2014 Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Keguruan Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala psikologi model skala likert. Semua angggota populasi dijadikan subjek penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan rumus persentase (%). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa BK 2014 diperoleh 5 dari 69 responden (7%) berada pada kategori sangat baik. Dan 26 dari 69 responden (38%) berada pada kategori baik, sisanya 38 dari 69 responden (55%) berada pada kategori cukup. Sehingga dapat diketahui sebagian besar mahasiswa BK 2014 memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal pada kategori cukup baik.
