Abstract

Pabrik Fatty alcohol direncanakan berlokasi di Jl. Romokalisasi Kabupaten Gresik – Jawa Timur. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 6 Ha dengan kapasitas 60.000 ton/tahun. Proses yang dipilih di pabrik ini mengacu pada US. Patent No.9,353,036 B1 yaitu proses hidrogenasi FAME. Proses belangsung pada reactor trickle bed menggunakan katalis MgO dengan temperatur 240 °C dengan tekanan 93,7 atm. Bentuk organisasi Pabrik ini merupakan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan system organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama, dibantu 3 orang manager operasional, 7 orang kepala bagian dan 136 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, maka pabrik pembuatan Fatty alcohol dinyatakan layak untuk didirikan.Dengan berdasarkan analisa ekonomi berikut: a. Investasi = US $ 25.654.233,02 (TCI) b. Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 153.759.048,81 c. Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 125.148.187,17 (TPC) d. Laba bersih per tahun = US $ 21.458.146,23 (NPAT) e. Pay Out time = 1,3 tahun f. Rate of return on investment = 83,6 % g. Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 91,7 % h. Break Even Point = 25,3 % i.
