Abstract

This research is a kind of research and development (R & D) which aims to develop student worksheet product to support effectiveness thematic learning on Topic 8 Subtopic 1 in Public Elementary School 17 Palembang and also can be used in other schools. The research was conducted through some phases such as product desaigning, desaign validating, design repairing and improvement, pre-eliminary product testing, product using, product revision and massive production of the product. Subject of the research are 23 students of V.B Class in Public Elementary School 17 Palembang. The data were collected by using some methods such as validator inquiry, students inquiry and interview, small group inquiry and learning outcome test. The research shows that validity level of the worksheet is 89.8%. Teacher inquiry points out effectivity on 94%. In small-group test, gain score (g) which is result of Spost – Spre per Smax – Spre, points out on 0,86 while in field test points out on 0.76 and both indicates high quality. Small-group inquiry has effectiveness percentage on 94,9% strengthened by student interview. So the researcher concludes that student worksheet product has been well and correctly developed and can be implemented in elementary schools.
