Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training on the performance of employee in the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Palembang region. The population of the study were all the employees ofthe Palembang Region AJB Bumiputera consisting of 143 employees. The sample was 59 employees taken using Slovin technique. The primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linier regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The result of the analysis showed that the training had an effect on the performance of employees in the Palembang Region of AJB Bumiputera 1912. The suggestion that is given in this study is to be able to continue to evaluate the training given to its employee and evaluate the dimensions of employee performance to improve the development of the company.
