Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Natrium Karbonat berkapasitas 220.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan didirikan pada tahun 2022 berlokasi di daerah Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur dengan luas area 12,8 Ha. Proses pembuatan Natrium Karbonat ini menggunakan proses solvay berlangsung pada packed reactor pada temperatur 54oC dan tekanan 4 atm. Untuk membangun dan mengoperaskan pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan dipilih adalah line and staff dengan total karyawan 285 orang. Pabrik pembuatan Natrium Karbonat layak didirikan karna telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter analisa ekonomi sebagai berikut : a. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 62,555,026.78 b. Total penjualan per tahun = US$ 449,569,884.72 c. Biaya produksi per tahun = US$ 389,746,877.47 d. Laba bersih per tahun = US$ 44,867,255.43 e. Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 49,701,052.95 f. Pay Out time = 2 tahun g. Rate of return on investment = 71,72 % h. Break Even Point = 35,89 % i. Service life = 11 tahun
