Abstract
The development of ornamental fish requires good water quality, one factor is the level of turbidity of the aquarium water. One of the causes of water turbidity is the remaining fish food dissolved in the water and the fish waste itself. If this is not addressed, it will affect the health of the fish, the development of ornamental fish, the fish will become stressed, the fish's appetite will decrease, the fish will be less active and the growth of fungus in the aquarium. The level of turbidity in the aquarium water for the ornamental fish studied was 10 NTU when the water started to be filtered. To determine the turbidity level of aquarium water, this research was developed using an IoT-based ESP32 so that it can be monitored remotely the condition of aquarium water turbidity levels via a smartphone that has downloaded the Blynk application. The water turbidity monitoring system is made with a turbidity sensor to measure the turbidity level of the aquarium water, a relay to turn the aquarium water filter on and off.
