Abstract

Puskesmas pasar prabumulih pada waktu tertentu mengalami kepadatan jumlah pasien yang berkunjung, dikarnakan antrian yang terlalu panjang dan puskesmas masih menggunakan sistem pelayanan dan pengelolahan data secara manual menggunakan buku besar dalam menunjang kegiatan perkerjaannya yang disarankan belum optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem sebagai alat bantu dalam pelayanan antrian dan pengelolahan data dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web. Pemodelan sistem ini menggunakan tools Unified Modeling Labguage (UML) serta menggunakan usecase diagram, activity diagram class diagram dan sequence diagram. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem web berbasis PHP dan MySQL yang dapat memberikan solusi permasalahan antrian dan pengelolahan data pasien. Berdasarkan analisis, pengujian dan pembahasan tentang sistem pelayanan antrian,maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini membuat pengelolahan data lebih mudah, memberi kepastian waktu pada pasien dan menghasilkan tingkat keputusan hingga 82, 75% sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang optimal.
