Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah, Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah dan Debt To Income terhadap Financial Sustainability. Good Setting Theory menjelaskan pentingnya hubungan antara tujuan dan kinerja, dimana kinerja yang paling efektif tampaknya dihasilkan ketika sasaran bersifat spesifik, ketika tujuan tersebut digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan dikaitkan dengan umpan balik terhadap hasil, serta menciptakan komitmen dan penerimaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 154 Kabupaten/Kota selama 7 tahun anggaran. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan program statistik Stata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah dan Debt To Income berpengaruh terhadap Financial Sustainability namun Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Sustainability.
