Abstract

As one of the factors for human survival, water quality must be considered further. This is due to indications of water pollution caused by waste. Water that has been polluted by waste will contain heavy metals. One of the heavy metals that is harmful and not needed by the body is lead. The maximum lead level allowed for drinking water quality is 0.01 mg/L based on the Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2023. Therefore, this research designed a measuring instrument to detect lead concentration using potentiometric method with ESP32 microcontroller. The components used are ADS1220 to measure the voltage value and then convert it into concentration value and equipped with DS18B20 sensor to measure temperature and SKU SEN 0161 sensor to measure pH value. The resulting value will be displayed on OLED display and sent automatically to spreadsheet. This designed measuring instrument has good capabilities with an average recovery value of 101.05941%, RSD value of 1.53716% and error value of 1.53716%.
