Abstract

This research aimed to know how the role of public relations department of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja in activities employee relations is and to know what activities employee relations are conducted. Communication theory which used is theory of public relations role. This is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection technique which conducted was deep interview, observation, and also documentation. The results of the research is role of the public relations department of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja in employee relation activities, is as expert prescriber, the communication facilitator, Problem Solving Process Facilitator, communication technician. This research could be a suggestion and a benchmark of public relations role and implementation of employee relations activities for public relations department of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja to run public relations activity.
