Abstract

The inclusion of Non-Communicable Diseases as one of the targets in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of 2030, indicates that NCD globally have received special attention and become a national priority. One way in program to control the NCD is through the activities of Integrated Development Post (Posbindu) of NCD. In the working area of the Simpang Periuk Public Health Center in 2023 there are 12 NCD posbindu and 13 active posyandu. The purpose of the research was to determine the determinant factors for the use of non-communicable desease posbindu by women of childbearing age in the working area Simpang Periuk Public Health Center. This research design was cross sectional with a quantitative approach. The research sample were 100 respondents, namely women of childbearing age 15-49 years. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire. Analysis of this research data used the Chi Square test and Simple Logistic Regression test. The research results showed that there was a relationship between health status (p value= 0,000) and family support (p value= 0,000) with the use of Posbindu NCD, while there was no relationship between age (p value=0.154), education level (p value=0.828), employment status (p value=0.413), knowledge (p value=0.072), and support from health cadres (p value=0.417) with the use of Poshindu NCD. The conclusion of this research was that health status is the most dominant factor in the use of Poshindu NCD with a value of Exp (B) 74.455
