Abstract
On March 19, 2018, the First-Person and Third-Person Shooter game PUBG MOBILE was released. This game can attract new players because it is included in the new game category on the mobile platform. For a game to be successful in the market, especially for a newly released application, user experience is very important. A system that is difficult to use and poorly built will be difficult for users to learn and operate, which will reduce its likelihood of use. To achieve a satisfactory user experience, an assessment must be carried out. To identify a problem experienced by the user, game users are given scenario-based activities and questions by the evaluator using the COGNITIVE WALKTHROUGH technique for evaluating User Experience. It can investigate users' cognitive processes during their initial use of the system, a method suitable for newly released systems. The sample of respondents for this study was divided into 100 players whose problems would be identified
