Abstract

Tekanan darah tinggi atau hipertensi, adalah kondisi ketika tekanan darah menunjukkan angka sistolik secara konsisten lebih tinggi dari 140 mmHg dan diastolik secara konsisten lebih tinggi dari 90 mmHg. Data dari Riset Kesehatan Dasar 2018 menunjukkan bahwa 34,1%, atau 63 juta orangdiIndonesia menderita hipertensi, dan hanya 4% kasus yang terkendali. Penanganan hipertensi secara medis dapat dilakukan dengan pengontrolan tekanan darah dan pemberian obat anti-hipertensi yang penting untuk menurunkan insidensi perdarahan serebral dan mencegah terjadinya stroke maupun komplikasi serebrovaskular. Salah satu terapi non-farmakologi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hipertensi adalah terapi Swedish Massage. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan menggunakan terapi Swedish Massage untuk mengurangi nyeri dan menurunkan tekanan darah serta melancarkan peredaran darah bagi penderitanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil pengkajian ketiga keluargakelolaan didapatkandiagnosiskeperawatan yaitunyeriakutberhubungan dengan ketidakmampuan keluarga dalam merawat anggota keluarga dengan hipertensi. Ketiga keluarga kelolaan ini telah mendapatkan asuhan keperawatan serta penatalaksanaannya yaitu dengan pemberian terapi Swedish Massage. Adapun pemberian terapi ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat perubahan penurunan tekanan darah serta penurunan tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pijat. Terapi Swedish Massage ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu terapi non- farmakologis yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri pada setiap keluarga yang mempunyai masalah hipertensi. High blood pressure or hypertension is a condition when the blood pressure consistently shows a systolic number higher than 140 mmHg and a diastolic number consistently higher than 90 mmHg. Data from the Basic Health Research 2018 showed that 34.1%, or 63 million people in Indonesia, suffer from hypertension, and only 4% of cases are controlled. Medical management of hypertension can be done by controlling blood pressure and administering anti- hypertensive drugs, which are important for reducing the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage and preventing stroke and cerebrovascular complications. One non- pharmacological therapy that can be used to treat of hypertension is Swedish Massage. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to provide family nursing care using Swedish Massage to reduce pain and improve blood circulation in sufferers. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the assessment of the three managed families showed that the nursing diagnosis was acute pain related to the family's inability tocare forfamily members hypertension. These three assisted families have received nursing care and management, namely by providing of Swedish Massage. Providing therapy using Swedish Massage has proven a change in decrease in blood pressure,decreased pain levels before and after massage. This Swedish Massage therapy can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy that can be done independently for every family that has hypertension problems.
